Project included remove of an existing pool, concrete deck, roof, Sheetrock, stucco exterior, all electrical wiring, HVAC duct-work and plumbing lines. All of the windows, doors, appliances, fireplaces and light fixtures were donated to a non-profit for re-use. We also filled and compacted the pool. This demo required extreme care to ensure the materials were re-usable.
